Are the Conservatives planning to raise the retirement age to 75 if they stay in power?

The Department for Work and Pensions told us in August that it is not government policy to do this, nor is it mentioned in the Conservatives' 2019 manifesto.

This claim originally surfaced after the policy was recommended by the Centre for Social Justice think tank, which is chaired by former work and pensions secretary and Conservative leader Iain Duncan Smith.
